1. Roughen the surfaces to be joined or repaired with sandpaper. Ensure ssurfaces are clean & dry, free from dirt, oil moisture,rust.
2. Remove cap. Pierce the end of tube with point on cap. Be careful to avoid spilling of adhesive when piercing.
Squeeze equal amount of Resin & Hardener onto a clean surface. Mix thoroughly. Mix ratio:1:1. Wrong ratio or unequal mixing may result in bad hardness.
3. Finish the whole operation within 3 minutes. Solidify in 4 minutes. Full bond strength is reached after 6 hours.
When the temperature below 10C, the hardening time is longer.
